Coach Foundation releases first impact report
The Coach Foundation launched its first social-impact report Wednesday in celebration of the fifth anniversary of its Dream It Real initiative. Titled "The Courage to Dream It Real," the report is formatted as a colorful zine that highlights its Dream It Real scholars and explores the foundation's impact through its funding of college scholarships. The foundation reached its goal of funding 5,000 scholarships by 2025, and this report includes a new promise to fund 10,000 scholarships by 2030. The Coach Foundation plans to publish an annual impact report from 2024 onwards. Read the full report here. {Fashionista inbox}

Lululemon names global creative director
Lululemon appointed Jonathan Cheung as the brand's global creative director and JJ Collier as vice president of design for outerwear on Monday. Cheung has more than 30 years of experience in creative and business leadership at companies like Levi's and Giorgio Armani, and will be responsible for "driving Lululemon's global creative strategy and creating the brand's product design roadmap," Retail Dive reported. Collier will lead Lululemon's men's and women's outerwear teams. {Retail Dive}
