Movado Group Names Debbie Forman-Pavan as President of North America Sales
Movado Group announced on Tuesday the appointment of Debbie Forman-Pavan as its new president of North America sales.
In the role, Forman-Pavan is tasked with leading all the company’s sales channels in North America and increasing revenue. Forman-Pavan is taking on the role from Alan Chinich, who is retiring from the position after 19 years with Movado Group. Chinich will stay on as an adviser until his retirement begins in July.

Forman-Pavan comes to Movado Group from Renfro Brands, where she served as chief commercial officer for the company’s fashion and performance division. She has also previously worked as the executive vice president of the accessories division at Global Brands Group, where she helped grow profits for brands like Michael Kors, Calvin Klein and Kate Spade.
“I am honored to join the organization and look forward to working with and becoming a part of the team,” Forman-Pavan said. “I have always admired the renowned, iconic global watch brands under the Movado Group portfolio. I am looking forward to building upon the existing platform in place to amplify our growth across North America.”
