Montreal Canadiens goalie Carey Price and family dress up as superheroes for Halloween 2024: 'Everyone looks awesome,' fans say
The NHLer channelled his inner Batman, while wife Angela Price and their three kids also wore their best superhero costumes.
Carey Price and his family are looking to save the world from evil this Halloween. On Wednesday, the Montreal Canadiens goalie's wife, Angela Price, took to Instagram with a video showcasing their costumes for this year. In the clip, the family showed off their best poses as they all dressed up as different superheroes.
The couple channelled their inner Batman and Catwoman, while kids Liv, Millie and Lincoln dressed as Wonder Woman, Spider-Man and Supergirl, respectively. The Instagram Reel featured various photos of the kids posing as their characters outdoors, until it finished with a sweet family photo at the end.
"Halloween 2024," Angela captioned her slideshow video, spacing out all the letters. She also added the song "Holding Out for a Hero" by Bonnie Tyler to the post.
In the comments section of the post, numerous fans raved over the family's costumes. Several people also expressed how quickly the kids seem to the growing up.
"I really hope the pic in the last frame is the Christmas card. Going to be disappointed if not!" one person quipped.
"So fun! Love it!" someone chimed in.
"OMG, they are getting so big! Love it!" someone else wrote.
"Love it! Everyone looks awesome!" one person added.
It's not the first time the Prices have gotten dressed up for Halloween in a family costume. Last year, the couple dressed as Barbie and Cowboy Ken, channelling the characters from Greta Gerwig's hit 2023 movie Barbie.
For that Halloween costume, the kids wore complementary costumes. Liv wore a pink and white gingham dress, Lincoln donned a Canadian tuxedo and Millie rocked a hot pink cowgirl suit actress Margot Robbie wore in the film.
"Hi Barbie," Angela captioned that post last Halloween, referencing the famous quote from the movie. Fans also raved over that family costume in the comments section of that post.
"Great costume, fun family," one person wrote.
"Absolutely beautiful picture," someone added, along with two red heart emojis.
"I can't decide who wore it best! Y'all look good," another person chimed in.
