It's one of the sweetest videos you'll ever see.

A mom has gone viral on TikTok for sharing one year of her children "becoming best friends" and growing month by month.

Hope Cameron tells PEOPLE she started taking a quick video of her son holding her daughter in August 2023, and continued the habit until July 2024, "every month until my daughter was 1 year old."

"She was a month old in the first clip and a year old in the last clip," she says.

The video — which has been viewed more than 300,000 times on TikTok — initially shows Cameron's little boy smiling as he is handed his tiny baby sister. As the video goes on, the little girl gradually grows slightly bigger until, in the last clip, she is 1 year old. (The proud big bro gets bigger, too!)

The video is soundtracked by Randy Newman's classic "You've Got a Friend in Me" from Toy Story, making it all the more adorable.

Commenters have found joy in the video, writing that the little boy "always had the best grip as a big brother."

"His smile just shows how much he adores his little sister," writes another commenter.

"That baby grew but so did he!! Love it!" writes another.

Commenters have also taken note of the children's outfits, which change according to the seasons (in some clips, they are wearing Christmas-themed pajamas and, in others, costumes).

As Cameron explains on TikTok, the children are four years apart.

"I was super worried about the age gap but it has been truly amazing to see how they are together," she writes. "He helps out a lot and cares for her."

Commenters have suggested that Cameron continue the tradition, even requesting that she film a variation when the children are much older.

As one TikTok user writes, "Please recreate this on her wedding day!"
