Sarah Hyland is making the newlywed life look like a dream come true. In a recent Instagram post, the 31-year-old actress revealed her strong muscles in a bikini while enjoying her tropical beach holiday with her new husband, Wells Adams.
The Modern Family star cooled off in a shallow pool while revealing her toned butt in a thong bikini. She then put her core on full display in a zebra-print bikini top with a matching skirt and perfectly coordinated accessories.
'🍯🌙 Dreams,' the celeb captioned the photo, including a pin of her current location. Sarah and Wells are honeymooning in the Maldives at The Patina Maldives, Fari Islands hotel, BTW! Between the blue water, white beaches, and secluded suites, this couple basically selected heaven as their holiday destination. Even the dolphins are smiling!

Sarah is adamant about her fitness routine, which explains her strong booty and core. While filming the upcoming television show, Pitch Perfect: Bumper in Berlin, Sarah had to carve time out of her jam-packed day to devote to her workouts. So, she started doing online Pilates classes in her room or trailer using adjustable dumbbells and ankle weights, she told WH US.
Sarah is big on building her muscles through lifting weights. 'Coming from someone who likes to joke around and call myself "SpongeBob Squarepants," not a very curvaceous woman by any means, it's amazing what you can do with your body to create shape with muscle,' she told WH.
Sarah's normal exercise routine includes a little bit of everything. She enjoys weight training, strength training, TRX exercises, and Pilates on the regular.
She specifically credits Pilates, which she does five to six times a week, for her strong core. 'My abs have never looked better than from when I do Pilates,' she explained. 'It's really hard for me to get that muscle in my lower abs.'
Sarah has even shared snippets of her Pilates reformer sessions with her IG followers on her stories. She works both her abs and her legs in recent videos through slow, controlled movements, per Women's Health US.
This celeb begins every morning with 12 ounces of coffee with just a touch of milk, per WH.
