Michael B. Jordan's Arms Look Massive in New Gym Video Ahead of 'Creed 3'

Michael B. Jordan is looking jacked as he prepares to reprise the role of boxer Adonis Creed in the upcoming Rocky spinoff sequel, Creed III. Personal trainer Corey Calliet has just shared a look at the actor's arm day workout routine for the new movie on Instagram: a short montage of Jordan performing cable flys, incline dumbbell rows, and a dumbbell curl variation, all of which show just how jacked his shoulders and biceps are.

Calliet is the trainer who helped Jordan bulk up to play Killmonger in Black Panther and then lean down and sculpt his fighter's physique for Creed II. Calliet praised the former Men's Health cover star, who is also stepping behind the camera to direct this latest installment of the franchise, for staying committed and consistent in his training. "Director by day building a body at night!" He wrote. "In order to achieve the great reward a certain amount of consistency must be attained."

Given Jordan's high level of personal fitness, Calliet's main goal for the Creed series is to work the "prettier" muscles that create a believable boxer's aesthetic. "We knew how to box already, we knew how that felt," Calliet previously told Men's Health. "This was about actually getting him to look better than the last time."

Check out the training split that Calliet and Jordan used for the last Creed movie, which includes kettlebell swings, goblet squats, a range of bodyweight exercises, and of course, that timeless boxing staple: jump rope.
