MGK gives emotional response to about fiancee Megan Fox's miscarriage

Machine Gun Kelly has shared his heartbreaking response to fiancée Megan Fox’s miscarriage.

The 33-year-old has spoken publicly for the first time about the loss, which Fox wrote about in her 2023 poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.

In his new track Don’t Let Me Go, MGK references the miscarriage, rapping: “How can I live with the fact/That my hand wasn't on her stomach when we lost the baby?”

The song also references how he felt like he couldn’t speak to anyone about the loss, with the next line adding: “Because everyone’s dead in my life that was tryna raise me.”

Machine Gun Kelly hints that the loss was behind his dramatic new tattoo, which sees almost the entire top half of his torso now covered in black ink.

The song continues: “Just like I wish they would understand me one time/I had a breakdown and tatted my entire body except one line.

Don’t Let Me Go comes just months after Transformers actor Fox, 37, opened up about the miscarriage.

In her poetry collection, she wrote: “"I want to hold your hand, hear your laugh," before concluding, "but now I have to say goodbye.”

Fox, who shares three children – Noah, 10, Bodhi, nine and seven-year-old Journey – with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, added that the experience was difficult for her and MGK to withstand.

Speaking on Good Morning America last year, she explained: “I've never been through anything like that before in my life. I have three kids. So it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately… trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?' and ‘Why did this happen?’”

Fox and MGK have been dating since they met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass back in March 2020.

In January 2022, the pair announced their engagement.

MGK, who has 14-year-old daughter Casie Colson Baker from a previous relationship, has previously spoken out about how volatile his relationship with Fox has been.

“It should be light, but also we go to hell with each other,” he said previously. “It’s ecstasy and agony for sure... I don’t want people to think anything’s perfect with us. I didn’t say it was the darkest fairy tale for no reason.”
