Meghan Markle's Support for Aussie Label Posse Has Been "Monumental"

Since its launch in 2016, Australian label Posse has garnered a cult-following in the states for its resort-wear, earning endorsements in high places, like Katie Holmes, Selena Gomez, and Meghan Markle. None of that would have been possible without Moda Operandi, which served as the brand's first U.S. retailer.
"Moda Operandi has played such an integral role in Posse's journey," Posse founder Danielle Mulham tells Town & Country, which is why creating her latest collection exclusively for the luxury platform was a no brainer. "Launching this exclusive capsule together feels like a celebration of our partnership to date," she says. "It's an exciting opportunity to connect even more deeply with the Moda community. We’ve had great success designing exclusive pieces in the past, so when creating this collection, we couldn’t help but think of the Moda girl—her aesthetic and style perfectly aligned with the pieces."
The new collection is comprised of a wide selection of neutral-toned pieces, transparent delicate knitwear, and breezy matching sets perfect for winter escapes and beyond. Mulham is particularly excited for the Harlan Jacket and matching shorts. "It has definitely had my heart from the very beginning," she says. "It's such a unique piece and the intricate crochet detailing throughout is truly special. The outfit options are endless—you can style it as a set with the coordinating Harlan Short, with vintage denim jeans and a chic flat or dress it up with a pencil skirt and kitten heel."
Fans of the brand will also see the return of iconic Posse silhouettes, including the Alice Midi Dress famously worn by Meghan, now reimagined in fresh prints and colorways. Meghan has been "monumental" for the brand, says Mulham. "We’re so grateful for the ongoing support she continues to show our brand and love seeing her wearing Posse," she adds. "We haven’t yet had the chance to connect with her personally yet however we hope to do so one day!"
