Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's first public outing in pictures

Meghan shows off her sparkler: A trio of diamonds set on a gold band that Prince Harry designed.

The duo dressed similarly in navy wool coats.

The royal-to-be teamed her coat with heeled boats, a cream skirt and a tri-tone handbag by Strathberry.

They spent time chatting to members of the crowd and shaking hands with onlookers.

Megan’s Strathberry tri-tone handbag is predicted to sell out quickly.

Meghan wore a double breasted coat by Mackage.

The couple appeared relaxed and happy, choosing to hold hands and wrap their arms around each other.

Today, Friday 1 December, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry embarked on their first public outing as an engaged couple. The duo visited Nottingham and were photographed meeting members of the public before heading on to visit two projects focused on HIV/AIDS and youth crime.

For the occasion, Meghan wore a double breasted, woolen navy coat by American label Mackage while Prince Harry matched his fiancée in a similar coloured jacket.
