Before becoming the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle led a pretty normal life. So it comes as no surprise that Meghan is determined to keep things low-profile when she's out of the spotlight and off royal duties.

According to People, Meghan flies under the radar by spending time with Harry in the countryside and simply blending in. “She spends most of her weekends in the Cotswolds with Harry,” a source said. “When she does venture out to Pilates or to get her hair done, she normally goes incognito under a baseball cap.”

Pilates and blowouts are pretty standard things to do, but topping off Meghan's relatable activities are incognito trips to the grocery store. "The only other place she has visited regularly is Whole Foods, which is little more than five minutes away from Kensington Palace,” the source added. “That way she can quickly sneak in and out without anyone noticing it’s her.”

Meghan and Harry's quiet country weekends are about to be put on hold, as royal duties are calling. The couple will embark on their first tour as a married couple in October, causing them to miss Prince Charles' upcoming 70th birthday celebration.
