Meghan Markle might copy Kate Middleton and have two wedding dresses

Meghan Markle is set to marry Prince Harry at St. George’s Chapel on May 19, and reports suggest that the bride-to-be will wear not one, but two royal wedding dresses! A source told Vanity Fair that one dress will be for the ceremony and the other for the evening reception.

“The plan is for her to change after the ceremony so that she can party the night away in something glamorous and less restrictive. The wedding dress itself will be traditional and elegant,” the source said. “There is talk of some lace and sleeves and Meghan has been working very closely with the designer who has been sworn to secrecy.”

Could Meghan be following in her sister-in-law’s footsteps? Kate Middleton also wore two wedding dresses when she married Prince William in 2011 — an iconic Alexander McQueen gown for her ceremony, and a floor-length satin dress by Sarah Burton at the evening reception.

We’ll have to wait and see what Meghan wears at her wedding — but sources suggest she could be taking another step out of Kate’s book and rock a ceremony gown that features lace and sleeves.
