Armani, Boss and Gabriela Hearst: Meghan Markle's expensive Sussex outfit costs around £4500
Today, Meghan Markle carried out five engagements in Sussex, visiting the county for the first time on official royal business.
For the occasion, Meghan, 37, wore a £1695 tote from sought-after label Gabriela Hearst. Unlike the majority of the Uruguayan born, New York based designer’s bags, this tote is available to buy now – but for a very limited time.
The ‘Demi’ satin bag is currently stocked on Net-A-Porter and is available in five colours, including the emerald shade the Duchess owns.
Meghan teamed the bag with another couple of designer purchases: a lambskin-leather panelled pencil skirt in open green from Hugo Boss retailing at approximately £369.
She covered up with a cashmere, Armani collarless coat with classic lapels. It’s currently out of stock but costs £1699.
On her feet she wore her trusty Stuart Weitzman Legend pumps – worth £289 – and her jewellery included a £85 open heart signet ring by Missoma and two bracelets by the same brand: the Double Chain bracelet (£69) and the Rainbow Moonstone Beaded Leaf (£75). She was also wearing a £40 ring by New York jewellery brand Catbird.
Finally, she wore a somewhat more affordable straight fit, green silk skirt from Swedish brand & Other Stories retailing at £69 – although we suspect this one might be selling out soon.
