The Duchess of Sussex is partnering with Marks & Spencer to launch a capsule clothing collection in aid of charity, and we couldn't be more excited.

That's right – Meghan will be collaborating with retailers, including M&S, to create a small workwear range to raise money for SmartWorks.

A a cause that is close to to the Duchess' heart – she is royal patron of the charity –SmartWorks helps vulnerable women secure employment by helping them secure clothing and coaching.

Meghan will reportedly also be working with John Lewis & Partners, Jigsaw and the designer brand Misha Nonoo on the capsule collection.

The Duchess is reportedly set to reveal the news later this week in the September issue of British Vogue, which she guest-edited.

Confirming news of the collaboration to Good Housekeeping UK, an M&S spokesperson said: "Marks & Spencer is excited and proud to be involved in this unique capsule collection as part of our ongoing work with Smart Works.

"We look forward to sharing more information with our customers in due course."

While we know little about the collection at present, it will reportedly be released later this year and will work on a "like for like" basis, whereby one item of clothing will be donated to SmartWorks for every sale.

The Duchess has previously shown she's a fan of M&S by wearing two of the high street brand's pieces. During one of her first appearances with Prince Harry, she wore a Marks & Spencer jumper, while the Duchess also chose a chic black cocktail dress by the brand at the Royal Albert Hall last November.
