Meg Ryan looks elegant in a stunning sequin gown
Meg Ryan looked effortlessly elegant as she graced the red carpet at The Critics' Choice Awards on 14 January.
At the event, the 62-year-old actress was the epitome of chic in her chosen outfit choice — a classic black sequin gown. Featuring a strapless design and floor-skimming hemline, the actress looked incredible in her sequin ensemble, which was designed by Saint Laurent.
Needless to say, Meg picked a beauty look which matched perfectly with her stunning outfit. She wore her signature, blonde bobbed hair in a slightly textured waved style — making for an on-trend look. The When Harry Met Sally star opted for subtle yet striking makeup to compliment her gown — adding a pop of pink blush and a pink lip for a radiant finish.
Meg wasn't the only celebrity attending the awards ceremony who chose to wear a striking sequin look. Rosamund Pike, who recently starred in Saltburn, turned heads in a brilliant blue sequin gown. Designed by Rodarte, the 44-year-old actress turned heads in her dress — which featured a plunging halterneck and cinched waist with floral embellishment.
For her beauty look, Rosamund wore her blonde hair in a slicked-back low ponytail. She kept her makeup look minimal and glowing — and accessorised with statement purple jewelled earrings. All in all, her ensemble made for a stunning and dramatic look that reminded fans of her iconic Saltburn character; Elspeth Catton.
