Maura Higgins just hit back at photoshopping claims over her latest post

Maura Higgins has clapped back at fans on Instagram after she was accused of a photoshopping fail in her latest post, and says she was bombarded with DMs from people claiming she had edited her abs to appear more defined.

The former Love Island star headed out in London over the weekend with best friend Molly-Mae Hague, and the pair both posted pictures of themselves at West London restaurant Ours

However, not long after Maura shared the post people began commenting that there was something odd about the appearance of her abs in the image.

One person wrote, "I love this sis so much but that waistband is fishy. I’m sure she’s fit af even without whatever edit she used there," and someone else commented, "Is that a bad photo shop job on the waist? 🤷♀️."

Apparently Maura wasn't happy with the responses, and quickly followed up with a screen-recorded video of her scrolling through her camera roll, showing that her appearance in other pictures taken from the evening was the same as in the picture posted to Instagram.

She captioned the video, "Nahhh my dms are full... 'too much photoshop' proud to say no hunnys this is me & my raw camera roll from last night... Just brightened and sharpened... Sue me."

She then posted again, this time sharing a cryptic quote to her Stories which read, "You can always tell who the strong women are. They are the ones you see building one another up, instead of tearing each other down."
