Maura Higgins' dating history from Hollywood stunt double to romance with I'm A Celeb co-star's son
Maura Higgins is all set to descend onto the I'm A Celebrity camp during tonight's episode (Thursday 21 December) alongside fellow newcomer Reverend Richard Coles.
However, she could be set for an awkward encounter when she heads into the jungle as she reportedly dated Barry McGuigan's son Shane in 2018. The pair are said to have connected at a David Haye vs Tony Bellew rematch where Maura was working as a ring girl and Shane was a commentator.
It was reported that the two dated for a year before ending their relationship due to long-distance, as she was living in Ireland and he was in London.
Since bursting onto our screens on Love Island in 2019, the reality star has been romantically linked with a few eligible bachelors.

She got all the way to the final of the show with ex Curtis Pritchard but the romance was short-lived as they ended up breaking up just eight months later. In March 2020, she took to Instagram to announce their split, writing: "Curtis and I have made the decision to separate.
"We enjoyed a great experience from our time in the villa and want to thank everyone for supporting our relationship.
"There is no easy way to get through a break-up and no bad feeling on either side. We tried to make it work but it wasn't to be and I wish Curtis nothing but the best for the future."
At the end of 2020, Maura began dating another Love Island co-star, Chris Taylor. Despite being in the villa together, the two never had any romantic inclination prior due to her dating Curtis.
They confirmed their relationship by posting an adorable picture of the two of them gazing into each other's eyes on Instagram. However, it wasn't meant to be as they parted ways just six months later in May 2021.
Maura began dating Strictly Come Dancing professional Giovanni Pernice later that year following plenty of speculation that the two were an item. They confirmed the news in July 2021 with a picture of the pair on a beach as Maura wrote "I'm yours" with a red heart emoji.
The reality star was also linked with Chris Hemsworth's stunt double Bobby Holland Hanton, in May 2023 but the two decided to keep their relationship away from the public eye. In August 2023, they went Instagram official with pictures from a romantic dinner in Fiji where Maura was filming Love Island USA, but they parted ways this year.
Her latest linking has been with Strictly Come Dancing star Pete Wicks as the pair have been pictured in cosy embraces on a number of occasions but they have insisted they're just friends.
