Massive Floods Devastate South Asia
Massive floods have recently impacted millions in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh with torrential rains causing major rivers like the Brahmaputra and Koshi to overflow. In Nepal, authorities report that 14 people have died since Thursday with over 40 deaths attributed to this year's monsoon. In Assam, India, authorities say 66 people have died since mid-May affecting 2.4 million people. The floods have also hit Bangladesh, where authorities report two million people affected and eight deaths.
