Martine, who has health conditions such as Lyme disease, chronic ME and fibromyalgia, has been open about her body transformation after shedding 21 inches from her body in recent years.

The mum-of-one says she's left 'crazy diets' behind, instead focusing on 'what works for me'. She said: "I just feel like it's really important to encourage women to just be the best version of themselves."

Martine insisted it's all about filling her plate with various veggies at every meal and snacking on fruit throughout the day. It's a strategy she feels has helped her stay in the best shape of her life.

"For 80 per cent of my week, I will mainly have just healthy proteins, vegetables and fruit, organic and veggie juices, and Flora spread. And then I'll have treats 20 per cent of the time. It's taken me such a long time to look through all the stuff that's out there, and just do what works for me," she spilled to Best Magazine.
