Martha Stewart knows she's a sex symbol at 82 years old, but the businesswoman is getting real about the help she's had when it comes to maintaining her sprightly appearance. During the season 2 premiere of Stewart's iHeartPodcasts show, The Martha Stewart Podcast, she welcomed her personal cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Dan Belkin to discuss the extra measures she's taken to stay looking fresh and young.

“Everybody is so interested when they see a selfie of me posted on the internet," she said on the Feb. 8 episode, referring to her many buzzy thirst traps shared to social media. "So many comments are about my face lift and who did it and when did I have it done and how much retouching is on the photograph, and I just want to set the record straight."

Dr. Belkin does just that by explaining which procedures he has performed on Stewart, citing cheek filler and muscle-relaxing injections. Stewart also discussed her foray into botox, though she admitted that she isn't the biggest fan of how it makes the top half of her face look. “My eyebrows kind of go up in a V and that looks so unnatural,” she said.

When Stewart confessed that she can't remember everything she's had done, Dr. Belkin jumped in to divulge some of the treatments.

"We've done a little bit of skin tightening on you," he said. "We've done a little ultrasound tightening I think, a long time ago. We did a little softwave, which is an ultrasound-based tightening device. And we've done a little bit of Ulthera, which is a great ultrasound-based skin tightening that works."

Stewart went on to explain the super relatable reason behind why she's had work done. “I don't think a lot about age, but I don't want to look my age at all. And that's why I really work hard at it," she said before adding that exercise and diet also play a part in her efforts to stay youthful.

“I have all organic food. I don't diet necessarily, but I watch what I eat,” she previously told InStyle in a 2023 interview. “I do Pilates three times a week with an instructor. I have a massage. I go to a chiropractor. These are all things I just do to keep feeling good.”

Well, whatever you're doing Martha, it's certainly working.
