M&S teams up with Deliveroo to launch food delivery service: List of stores involved

How we stock up our kitchen cupboards has seen quite the change since the coronavirus pandemic began.

Supermarkets are taking measures to halt its spread, customers are finding comfort in some foods over others, and we’re finding different ways to fulfil our lockdown culinary desires – like subscribing to a fruit and veg box.

Now, Marks & Spencer has become the latest business to adapt to the current climate by launching a home food delivery service.

Those living near select UK stores will be able to purchase up to 130 items, which also include essential household products.

What’s more, customers will be able to get their order dropped off – courtesy of online food delivery service Deliveroo – within just 30 minutes.

Items shoppers will be able to get their hands on include a selection of ready meals and pizzas, as well as basics like milk and orange juice, and their best-selling Percy Pigs sweets.

While all prices will remain the same as in-store, there will be £4.99 delivery charge.

To access the new service, visit the brand's website where it’s explained you’ll need to download the Deliveroo app and search ‘M&S’ to find a store close to you.

They announced: “We've partnered with food delivery company Deliveroo to help give our customers access to essential groceries and some of their M&S favourites and treats.

“This new service is available across selected M&S stores and in over 100 BP M&S stores – it's just one of the many ways we are supporting our customers and communities during these unprecedented times.
