Just when we were starting to think we had finally caught our breath after seeing Margot Robbie's 2023 Golden Globe Awards look (spoiler: it was phenom), the actor has only gone and provided yet another red carpet showdown, featuring a hairstyle that would be sure to send a Victorian child into a coma... IYKYK.

OK, so maybe not a Victorian child but certainly any folk from the roaring 1920s, seeing as that was the period in which the 2022 film Babylon was set. And yes, it's fitting because she wore the hybrid half-up half-down 'do for the film's UK premiere just last night [12 January 2023].

But what makes this look so... breathtaking, shall I say, is the fact that Margot's hairstylist, Bryce Scarlett has worked her locks into a chic low bun but with a flipped downward twist to it. Though, as ever, my description doesn't do the look nearly as much justice as it deserves, so, why not take a look at Bryce's post showing off the style below?

Here's a peak from the front:

And one from the side where we can see the lengthy details of her locks:

Keeping it effortlessly caszh, Bryce has opted to style Margot's hair into a loose low bun with inch-wide pieces of strands kept out at the front to frame her face. And as Chris Appleton did with Kim Kardashian's 'wet flip bun' that went viral last year, instead of pulling the ponytail completely through its final loop, Bryce has stopped halfway, leaving half of the remaining hair to fall loose with the main body of its length sitting bun-like.

Sounds intricate but trust me, it's so easy to recreate – when red carpet style meets real-life wear. Just another one to add to the everyday hairspo files...
