I eat ice cream all year round (yes, even in the depths of winter), so if you're anything like me, you'll be excited by the news that Magnum has just launched 2 new ice cream flavours - and in flavours that have been trending in the food world recently.

As part of its brand-new Utopia range, the two new flavours are dubbed as its most indulgent and premium flavours yet: Magnum Double Cherry and Double Hazelnut and we 100% agree with this claim, having tried it in the office today. They are incredibly creamy, with deliciously balanced flavours, and that signature chocolate coating that snaps so nicely when you take a bite from it.
The clear favourite for us was the double cherry, with a sweet yet tart taste that pairs perfectly with the decadent dark chocolate. It's like a black forest gateau - only better! The double hazelnut was also delicious, but we felt it was a little sickly towards the end.
Utopia Double Hazelnut Ice Cream
The Magnum Utopia range is the first time the brand has introduced a 'ground breaking marbling technology for a truly multisensorial experience', which has given the ice creams indulgent flavours, swirled with multi-layered texture and sauce.
The Magnum Double Cherry is described as a tantalising combination of marbled berry-flavoured and velvety ice cream, drizzled in a sour cherry coulis sauce. It's covered in the signature cracking Magnum milk chocolate and crunchy berry-flavoured sugar pieces.
Utopia Double Cherry Ice Cream
The Magnum Double Hazelnut has swirls of hazelnut and caramel almond ice cream within a rich salted hazelnut sauce. The ice cream is coated in thick white chocolate studded with salted caramelised hazelnut, almond and pistachio pieces elevating the sensory experience.
Magnum Double Hazelnut and Double Cherry costs £4.25 for 3 (currently on offer for £3 at Ocado), or £2.30 for a single one and is available on Ocado.com, ASDA and Morrisons.
