Lacey Martin and Nathan Campbell have reportedly secretly split, parting ways after filming for Married At First Sight UK ended earlier this year. The couple appeared to be the strongest of this series' cast and were seen declaring their love for one another in recent episodes.

And while they will make it through final vows and even return to the show's reunion as an item, The Sun reports that once both the series and reunion were filmed - Lacey, 27, and 24-year-old Nathan's romance fizzled. A source told the publication: "The final vows were filmed in February and they were still going strong in April when the reunion was shot, but since then they have called in quits.

"They were both sad it didn't work out, but sadly it wasn't meant to be. It's also a big blow for fans who were really invested in their relationship." OK! has reached out to Lacey and Nathan's representatives for comment.

It comes after Lacey admitted to OK! that while her relationship appeared to be going well on-screen, it was 'hard work' as she navigated Nathan's ADHD. "It was hard work, in that I never dated anyone with ADHD before, so it was hard to get Nathan to open up," she explained.

She continued: "I had to dig deep and be patient with him. I did research on ADHD partners - because I did see the good in him and us. But I need to be told I’m ‘beautiful’, you know? Sometimes it was difficult, but I saw our potential. I’d say we had a beautiful journey - I’m really grateful for that."

While there has been plenty of drama on the show, Lacey added that there wasn't any when it came to her own marriage. "We didn’t really argue - if we had a problem, we’d talk it out calmly. Because we fell in love, we kept that respect for each other.

"We ‘got’ each other, I think - we were best mates, we’d dance all the time… we did have a really good journey, compared to some of the other couples! I feel like we were the underdogs at the beginning, but we came through the other side…"

The show may still be airing, but fans have done some detective work when it comes to who is still together, with many figuring out which reality stars are now in new relationships.
