MAFS star Polly Sellman strips off for bath and hot tub snaps after 2.5st weight loss and slamming body shamers
Married At First Sight UK favourite Polly Sellman stripped off on a dreamy retreat, sharing pictures of herself enjoying a bath and a hot tub after losing two and a half stone following filming on the E4 show, on which she married total stranger Adam Nightingale. The relationship has not gone smoothly, with Adam saying she wasn't his type from almost the first moment they met.
She recently explained how she hit the gym sometimes twice a day following her time on MAFS because she didn't have any work saying the time she got to spend working out "really helped kickstart" the weight loss, which has left many fans of the show astonished.
Polly shared a series of snaps from the Retreat East spa after being invited for a free stay - including shots of her enjoying a soak in a rural-style tin bath brimming with bubbles, and stepping into a hot tub wearing a black swimming costume with cut-out panels before turning to the camera.

The 29-year-old wrote: "I cannot wait to come back for another couple of days of relaxation very soon. The staff and everyone here were so lovely and super helpful with everything we needed, huge thank you to all of them keeping the place as gorgeous as it is."
Some fans thought they'd spotted Adam in one of the slides, with one writing: "Stalking pictures of Adam to see if that’s his shoulder." However, she quickly put them right, saying: "it's my sister."
Speaking about some of the negative attention she'd received last week, Polly hit out at body shamers and has even hinted that she'll quit the UK, saying: "I've had a lot of positive comments about my weight loss (and many other positives) since the show has aired.
"But my god am I absolutely horrified off the back of last night's episode. I had absolutely nothing from the general public saying that I'm insecure with myself for weeks, and lo and behold, here you are making me all insecure of what I looked like."
She went on: "Body shaming and making someone feel insecure (no matter how they look now) who is already going through stress is one of the worst things you can do.
"When you body shame someone ONLINE and PUBLICLY others are listening. A friend with an eating disorder, someone struggling to lose baby weight, younger family members who have unrealistic body issues. Body shaming a person in the name of advising them to be a certain way or to make fun of someone's size, is a form of sarcasm, and mentally hurtful.
"I lost my weight for my own reasons and none of you know why. Body shaming leads to horrendous extremes in which I hope never happens to me because of this but I can assure you it definitely hasn't helped with how I feel about myself even after losing so much weight."
She went on: "Being skinny is ok. Not being skinny is ok. Having curves are ok. Not having curves is ok. Bashing someone for their body is NOT OK. It is absolutely one of the most disgusting things you can do to another person. And doing it online is even worse. You should all be so ashamed of yourselves.
"The next time someone body shames anyone, just remember you're an AWFUL human being. So congratulations on making a young girl who's been vulnerable and herself on tv, feel like s**t all over again, so well done."

One fan replied: "Would never dream of body shaming you think that’s wrong, I just didn’t like how you acted in the episode. I saw Adam trying to make an effort and it back firing." She replied: "When it was hard to get affection then come home to a mini sex shop was a bit much don't you think?"
Another asked politely: "Did the pressure of the show & being in the public eye make you feel like you had to lose weight?" She said: "no my lovely, we left the experiment and I didn't have any work so I was at the gym most days, sometimes twice a day so it really helped kickstart for me xx."
