Are MAFS Australia’s Tayla and Hugo still together?
Married At First Sight Australia has had us glued to our TV screens, most recently thanks to new couple Tayla Winter and Hugo Armstrong. But are the couple from MAFSAU still together?
The dating experiment, which sees expertly matched couples meet for the first time on their wedding day, is now in its tenth season and there’s been tonnes of drama. Luckily for us who can’t get enough of the show, it’s already aired in Australia meaning we’re one step ahead of the tea, including about contestants Tayla and Hugo.
The bride and groom joined the series much later than their fellow couples, and had a bit of a rocky start, but are Tayla and Hugo still together? Here’s everything you need to know.

What happened on Hugo and Tayla’s wedding day?
27-year-old nurse Tayla and 32-year-old IT executive Hugo were one of the last couples to tie the knot this season.
When Tayla walked down the aisle to meet Hugo at their wedding, it was a little uncomfortable as she almost immediately admitted that she didn't find him attractive.
On their honeymoon, she even explained to her new husband that he wasn't her usual type, telling him “it was probably someone the opposite of you,” and later in the season, an accidental butt dial meant Tayla overheard Hugo roasting her - awkward!
Are Tayla and Hugo still together?
Unsurprisingly, no. After a disastrous Retreat Week, Tayla left the experiment to return to Tasmania, without telling Hugo.
She returned during the dinner party to give him "a second chance" but Hugo had enough and the couple announced their split to their fellow contestants that night.
Tayla and Hugo didn't try to make a go of things on the outside world, either, once the experiment came to an end and reportedly both returned to their hometowns more than 1,500km away from one another.
