Made In Chelsea star announces baby joy with sweet video
Made In Chelsea star Oliver Proudlock and his wife Emma Louise Connolly have revealed that they are expecting their second child together. The pair shared the exciting news on Instagram on Tuesday, 31 December in a sweet video which featured them alongside their two year old daughter Bonnie.
In the clip the trio could be seen in front of a Christmas tree while Emma, 33, showed off her blossoming baby bump in a chic black jumpsuit. The model then held up an adorable knitted jumper that read ‘Yeah baby’ before both Bonnie and Oliver, 36, shouted “baby” in excitement. Speaking of the news, the duo called it the “greatest gift” they could ask for.
“2024, thank you for the greatest gift ever! Our hearts and hands are gonna be fuller than ever in 2025, and we couldn’t be more excited!,” Emma and Oliver captioned the clip. “Sending love and wishing you all the happiest of New Years. Yeah Baby!”

In response to the sweet video, friends of the couple flocked to the comments section to show their support. “Congrats guys,” wrote Joshua Patterson. “Gorgeous news congratulations,” commented Rochelle Humes.
“Awww huge congratulations guys,” added Rachel Stevens. Model Daisy Lowe wrote: “The greatest growing family we love you so - biggest congratulations.”
It comes after the doting parents, who welcomed daughter Bonnie into the world in May 2022, opened up about their journey getting pregnant. During an appearance on Giovanna Fletcher's podcast Happy Mum, Happy Baby in October 2022, Oliver explained that it had been “so tough” but that it was good that people were finally able to speak openly about it.
He said: “To have some support and be able to talk about it, I think is so important. The sense of community in talking about it and hearing people's stories and realising what a miracle it is.”
Meanwhile Emma became emotional as he added: “Everyone has some kind of story. It's very rare to get pregnant first time. Women are so incredible, what you guys go through, unbelievable.”
Announcing Bonnie’s birth in a joint Instagram post, Emma and Oliver shared a black and white video of the little one and wrote: “'She’s here With so much love and pride, we are thrilled to share the safe & healthy arrival of our beautiful baby girl.
“She has already filled us with so much love and happiness. Our Bonnie Lou Proudlock, 14/05/22.”
