M&S is now delivering lockdown birthday cakes to treat your loved ones to
It's hard missing out on your friends and family's birthdays, some people are heading for their second lockdown birthday and naturally you'll want to make it special for them. On top of letterbox gifts and flower delivery, why not send them a birthday cake?
M&S has just launched a lockdown birthday cake delivery service and there's something for everyone from treat packed goodie bags to classy cakes with fizz.
And yes everyone's favourite Colin is available for delivery.
Sharing the news on instagram, the supermarket wrote: "PSA: you can now get Colin DELIVERED! Our cake-filled dreams just came true 🎂 And it's not only Colin, but many more cakes to send to loved ones or to enjoy at home. Head to the link in bio for our yummy, delivered-to-your-door, wow-worthy cake selection."
There are currently six cakes listed as available as part of the delivery service, launching across the 25,26 and 27 January. We'd be excited to receive any of them on our special day. None come by themselves, each includes candles and some with bottles of fizz or goodies.
Of the service the supermarket said:"Can’t be with them on their special day? Send a delicious cake direct to their doorstep. Choose from indulgent cakes complete with celebratory fizz or our Colin the Caterpillar gift bag, which is packed full of goodies, including the iconic caterpillar cake and tasty treats."
There's a fancy white chocolate option that come with pink prosecco, a gorgeous rainbow layer cakes with colourful candles included, and even a chocolate cake that comes with not only a bottle of prosecco but also a box of Swiss chocolates and Happy Birthday cake bunting.
It's a sure fire way to really put a smile on their face and let them know you're thinking about them.
