Love Island's Molly Smith announces huge career move after winning ITV show
Love Island: All Stars winner Molly Smith has announced that she has launched her very own fitness plan, Move with Molly, as she helps people achieve their health and fitness goals just in time for the summer season.
The 29 year old, who recently enjoyed her first holiday with partner Tom Clare, has created the plan to help people reach their fitness targets and has filled the plan with some of her favourite workouts for the gym and at home, as well as nutritional guidance to help when it comes to the diet side of things.
Whether you’re a beginner or consider yourself to be a gym bunny, the fitness plan, which launches on 22 April though is available to preorder now, has a range of workouts that cater for all abilities, meaning there’s something for everyone.
From HIIT to circuits and booty workouts, the workouts are led by fitness-lover Molly and her team of incredible personal trainers to help keep you motivated from start to finish.
If that wasn’t enough, Move with Molly has three different plans on offer, depending on your lifestyle as well as what fitness targets you have in mind.
The Gym Plan is a six week plan that has been carefully designed to help you burn, tone and feel stronger. Priced at £39.99, the plan gives you the flexibility to do three or five sessions each week and also provides tutorials for the exercises in question so you know exactly what you’re doing.
Meanwhile the Home Plan, also £39.99, is another six week plan and has been created to help burn fat and tone the whole body. Using a range of body weight and dumbbell exercises, this is a great option if you want to exercise from the comfort of your own home rather than heading to the gym.
However, if you’d like a mix of home and gym workouts, the Home and Gym Plan may be the one for you. At £69.99, the plan gives you access to both the home and gym plans for the ultimate fitness experience.
Molly’s big announcement comes after she and Tom opened up about what it was like to be crowned winners of Love Island: All Stars during an interview with host Maya Jama.
“It’s like a dream, it’s actually really weird. Literally trying to process it. I don’t think it’s real yet. A big shock as well, we were well shocked!,” Molly explained.
She added: “Tom is coming to Manchester. I can’t wait to go on normal dates and get back to reality.”
