Love Island's Jack Fincham admits 'I'm at my lowest I've ever been'
Jack Fincham took to This Morning to share his story of recovery after he was recently bailed and sentenced to six weeks in jail on January 29 after he admitted being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog.
Since then, the Love Island star has been on a journey of sobriety, having ditched drugs, alcohol and gambling at the end of 2024. The reality star appeared on the ITV daytime show to "hold up his hands" in the hope of moving forward with his life.
In the candid discussion, he confessed to hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, "I am at my lowest now," when they quizzed him on why this time would be different when conquering his demons. He added: "I have nothing more to lose now."
The TV star explained his drinking and drug taking had spiralled so much that he was now out of options when it came to family and loved ones.
Determined to make things right, Jack hoped that by appearing on the programme he could put some wrongs right again.

At the height of his addiction issues, Jack outlined to Ben and Cat that on occasions when he was "intoxicated", he would splash out "£40,000 on one hand of blackjack," confessing that he'd swindled away around "£1 million" over the years.
Having listened to the troubled star, Ben was keen to understand what was so different this time, as he probed: "Why now though Jack?
"You've been sober since Christmas Day, so we're just coming into February now, so sort of a month and a half or getting on for two months, so fair play. But why do you think now that it's going to stick?"
Jack explained: "The reason it's going to stick now because as I mentioned there's nothing more to salvage." The TV star stated his family members and TOWIE girlfriend Chloe Brockett had given him an ultimatum, explaining he was now on his "very last chance" and his loved ones had stated "there is no going back now."
"So you think you're at your lowest you've ever been?" asked the Tipping Point host. Interrupting, Jack agreed entirely with his comments, telling him: "Yeah, the lowest I've ever been in every way."
The Love Island winner continued to detail why this time was different, stating: "You know I'm 32, and I'd always have this little argument with myself... and again this is an addiction thing, you've got two people on your shoulder, one tells you the reason you should do it and the other tells you the reasons that you shouldn't do it."
He then explained: "And one of those arguments was always but you're only in your mid twenties but even that arguments gone now."
Elsewhere in the same interview Jack confessed that he "really did love Chloe", sharing their hopes and dreams of "getting married" and one day owning a "farm" and was hopeful that if he could stay on track, those things would materialise.
This Morning airs weekdays on ITV1, from 10am.
