Former Love Island contestants Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt have revealed they're expecting their second child. The pair, who already share a daughter, met on the 2017 season of the hit ITV dating show and tied the knot earlier this year in September.
Taking to Instagram over the weekend, the couple shared a Christmas-themed Reel to share the exciting news that they'll soon be a family of four. In the clip, Jamie and Nell (their daughter, who was born last year) can be seen making gingerbread decorations for their Christmas tree. In the next shot, Camilla writes the names and birth dates of each family member on the decorations, before they gather together to hang them up. The final shot shows a fourth gingerbread decoration, which reads "? June 2022" before the camera turns to show Camilla and her growing baby bump. It's all very lovely.
Both 32-year-old Camilla and 31-year-old Jamie shared the sweet video on their Instagram accounts, along with the caption: "We had an early gift this year and we couldn’t be more grateful… 3 soon to be 4, June 2022 ❤️🎄🎁👶🏻."
Understandably, plenty of fans, friends and fellow Love Island contestants took to the comments section to share their excitement over the news. Amber Davies, who won the 2017 season of the show, said "Awwww congratulations," while a fan wrote "Congratulations to all three of you. Great news. You were my favourites in Love Island."
Talk about a modern day romance, eh?
