Lorraine Kelly showcased her latest outfit before her presenting Lorraine on Tuesday (21 February). This time, she reminded us why the midi dress is the perfect piece to have in your wardrobe for that tricky transition from winter to spring.

The presenter chose a polka dot print midi in a classic black and white colour combination and shared a photo of her look on Instagram before going on air.

The Karen Millen design is the Pin Dot Twill Belted Midi Dress and it's currently in the sale, reduced to £71.20. It features a black belt, a smart black collar and pocket detailing on the chest. It's an easy-to-wear style that could be dressed up or down, and it's also a chic alternative to a floral print. At the time of writing, the dress is only available in UK sizes 6 and 8.
