Loose Women's Kaye Adams has been chatting on Instagram all about her beauty routine and her must-have products, and there's so much we want to try.

She sat down with beauty expert Nadine Baggot, who told followers in the caption; "I just knew that @kayeadamsofficial would choose the best no nonsense effective, affordable beauty buys and she doesn’t disappoint."

The one that caught our eye the most at this time of year, when the lingering sun kiss of summer is on its last legs, is a real classic; the Dove Visible Glow Gradual Tanning Lotion. It comes in two skin tone options and you'd be hard pushed to find anywhere selling it for over £5.

Kaye told those watching; "Here's a cheapo, but I swear by this stuff. This is Dove, it's basically just a body moisturiser with a very, very slight tint.

"I never smear it. That's the best thing for me because I'm not very good at fake tan and stuff like that. It won't give you an amazing tan, but actually I was away in Spain for a couple of weeks - which was heavenly, I have to say - so I've got a bit of a sun tan and so if you've got a tan, use this afterwards. I really like it."

Beauty expert Nadine Baggot agreed whole heartedly, replying; "I think Dove are one of the best companies out there to do gradual self tanners. And I agree with you, I will fake tan my face but, my body? I just don't have the skills for it, getting between your shoulder blades. Yet, a gradual self tan is amazing and I love, genuinely love Dove" .

Kaye uses the Fair to Medium shade, for a super subtle look. The lotion also comes in a Medium to Dark if you have a deeper skin tone, or if you want more of a noticeable glow. One of the cheapest options on the market it's an absolute go to with customers and experts.

Fake tan is a lot of effort and we've all seen how easy it is to get wrong... it takes a lot of work to get an even and consistent tan and to maintain it. If you just don't have the time, a lotion like this can just be swapped out for your standard moisturiser and give you an effortless glow with no worries about streaks, or orange bedding!
