Loose Women star dances in Baywatch swimsuit as she celebrates becoming a 'pensioner'
Loose Women star Denise Welch celebrated her 66th birthday in style on Wednesday 22 May.
Dancing on the deck of a lavish cruise, Denise sent temperatures soaring as she striped down to a red hot Baywatch-style swimsuit as she marked her milestone birthday becoming a "pensioner".
The TV presenter, who is the mum of The 1975 frontman Matty Healy, 35, boogied on deck in the sun-drenched holiday clip, as she also donned a pair of white and gold heeled wedges.
She beamed for the camera as she marked her milestone birthday with a lengthy post. She joyfully announced on X: "It's my birthday! ! I'm officially a pensioner! ! ! Here's to the old birds! ! ! ! Come oooooon!"
Meanwhile, over at Instagram, she expressed her gratitude as she stated: "Today I celebrate becoming an 'old age pensioner' with a birthday boomerang! ! ! I'm 66! ! ! WTAF? ? ! ! ! But I'm grateful to have got this far ! ! It's taken a lot of ups and downs to get here but here I am and very happy."
She took a moment to reflect on the joys in her life, saying: "A wonderful marriage to @lincolntownley, 3 amazing sons, Matty, Louis and Lewis. My sister and my nieces and nephews. The Townleys. A grandson Theo and I've been free from clinical depression for 5 yrs!"
The popular TV presenter touched on the bittersweet aspect of the date as it is also the anniversary of her mum's passing: "Of course May 22nd will always be bittersweet as it's 12 yrs today since Mum died."
With thoughts of her late mum, she added: "She would have been 88 this yr and believe me, she would still be wearing swimwear and looking fabulous! ! I hope she'd be proud that I'm sober, still working hard in my chosen profession and still getting my t**s out for the lads! ! ! ".
She concluded: "And lasses to be fair as I have to keep my lesbian friends happy! ! ! Happy birthday to me and miss you loads mama! ! Love you."
Her fans were quick to flood the comments section with compliments and well wishes. One fan quipped: "Hottest pensioner ever! Happy YOU Day, Denise! I hope your day is amazing!"
Another added their well wishes: "Happy Birthday Denise" with yet another chiming in: "Happy birthday queen [two heart emojis]".
