Loose Women star Charlene White shares heartwarming snap of rarely-seen young children
Whilst best known for appearing on shows such as Loose Women and I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!, Charlene White is also a doting mother of two. She shares son Alfie, seven, and five-year-old daughter Florence, with her partner, Andy Woodfield.
And while the London-based presenter keeps family life away from the spotlight, she has shared rare glimpses of her little ones to Instagram - while keeping their faces covered from pictures. Marking Alfie's seventh birthday this summer, Charlene shared a picture of herself cradling him as a baby, alongside another one of her son now with an emoji over his face.
Marking the milestone, she wrote: "Seven years ago today (after a not particularly enjoyable birth) came the lil’ boy who started my journey of learning how to be a parent.

"Not sure you ever really completely “nail” parenthood, no matter what the plethora of parenting books/influencers may tell you…. We’re all just trying to do our best to raise happy, healthy, balanced, joyful children who care about the world and others. Anything else is a bonus. And this one gives us bonuses by the bucketload. Happy birthday Alfie!!"
Football fan Alfie is often seen wearing football kits in pictures and is a fan of Jude Bellingham, wearing the midfielder's shirt during the EUROS earlier this year. While little is known about Florence, the sibling duo appear to have a close bond as Charlene shared a picture of them smiling for a picture in the airport before a family holiday in July - covering their faces with emojis as Alfie wrapped an arm around his little sister.
And during lockdown, the news presenter revealed how well her kids get along, posting to Instagram: "They love playing together, and Alfie loves being in charge and telling her off. And Florence mostly just kills herself laughing every time he has a tantrum. Amongst all the bad stuff… watching these two getting to know each other has been the good stuff."
During Charlene's 2022 appearance on I'm A Celebrity, she was also seen getting emotional on the first night of camp as she struggled to be away from her kids. "I think I was over-emotional, I was missing the kids, it just got released through tears really and I just couldn’t stop crying," she said in the Bush Telegraph at the time.
Predicting that would happen before she went Down Under, Charlene said: "I will definitely get teary. It's a foregone conclusion. I am going to miss our daily routine with the kids, I am going to miss waking up with them and having quiet time before the school run and that’s what is going to get me tearing up. It will be weird."
