Lizzo's verrrry extra Mrs Grinch costume is the only thing ya need to see right now
It's Christmas Eve eve, and the big day is so close that you can practically taste it. Mulled wine is the only thing we wanna drink right now, cheesy festive films are on high rotation and our favourite Christmas jumperss are officially in their element.
Celebs are also wholeheartedly leaning into the seasonal spirit, with everyone from the Beckhams repping their Xmas knits to Kris Jenner sharing throwback Christmas pics from the Kardashian family's photo album. But, just like that, Lizzo's gone and upstaged absolutely everyone with a glorious homage to one of the szn's grumpiest icons: The Grinch.
Overnight, Lizzo took to Instagram to post a load of pics, shot by Bonnie Nichoalds (@bonnienichoalds), showing her wearing the most extra Mrs Grinch costume and, of course, we're absolutely obsessed. Dressed in a red printed look, complete with feather detailing around the cuffs and ankles, she's really gone all-out with this one.
Sitting atop her head is a huuuge Whoville-style topper made from red tinsel, a whole load of baubles and a big red bow at the end. Beauty-wise, you can see Lizzo's gone for a shimmery green eyeshadow, which matches her Grinch green wig, all nicely tied together with a candy cane inspired manicure.
Find a more Christmas-y costume, I'll wait.
