Lizzo is know as the queen of epic clap backs, never failing to speak her mind and put people in their place. From speaking out on politics and the importance of getting out to vote, to racism and what we can do next in the fight against white supremacy, to making all the curvy girls out there feel seen and heard, the Truth Hurts singer is a champion for change.

The Grammy winner's body positive attitude and ethos on self-love is infectious and her latest TikTok video telling body-shamers to mind their own business is basically everything we never knew we needed right now.

Lizzo took to the video platform to share her thoughts on her own body image which, let's be clear: she should not have to do, because it's no-one's right to comment on a person's figure. That being said, Lizzo made her feelings heard and we're 100% here for it.

"I've been working out consistently for the past five years and it may come as a surprise to some of y'all that I'm not working out to have your ideal body type, I'm working out to have my ideal body type.

"And you know what type that is?" the singer continued, "none of your f***ing business. Because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job and I stay on my job."

YES Lizzo. This is a timely and necessary reminder that no-one's opinion on your body matters but you.

The Juice singer went on to give body-shamers a piece of her mind, telling them that the next time they want to come at somebody, they should take a look in the mirror and worry about their "own god dam bodies".

"Because health is not just determined about what you look like on the outside health is also what happens on the inside and y'all need do a f**king cleanse to your insides," she said.

This isn't the first time Lizzo has taken to Tiktok to share her thoughts on body positivity this week; yesterday she shared a video detailing her reaction to people who comment her name on 'big girls' posts.

"You know what, if every time you see a big girl on this app, loving on herself and putting herself out there and being confident and loving her body, you think of me? Or you think she looks like me? B**ch that is a what? Compliment," she said.

We need more Lizzos in the world. She brings a whole lot more positivity, that's for sure.

Lizzo is the queen of self-love, inspiring us all to appreciate and own our bodies - flaws and all - which is just one of a million reasons why we love her.
