Lizzo shared photos of herself showering, and fans are so here for the confidence

·2-min read

Lizzo just posted her hottest bikini photos yet, and let me tell you, she wasn’t lying when she said 'I've been trainin', I can flex that ass' in her new song, “The Sign.”

On August 7, she posted a carousel of four photos to her grid, showing off every angle of her strong body. The first photo shows her gripping her chest as she takes an outside shower on a beautifully sunny day in a hot pink string bikini. The next picture shows her butt in her bikini bottoms with black lace tights, posing with her back.

In the last two photos, she’s sitting on the beach, showing her front and back sides once more, because, enough is never enough when it comes to Lizzo. *insert heart eye emoji* But can we also credit her photographer though, because…dang.

'#1 SONG IN THE COUNTRY AND I AINT EVEN IN THE COUNTRY ASS BITCH 🥵,' she captioned the photo, alluding to how “About Damn Time” was the number one song according to the Billboard Hot 100 two weeks in a row, as of August 1.

The comments section is filled with hearts and smiley faces, and for good reason. 'It’s the confidence for me 😍❤️❤️🔥,' one user commented, while another wrote 'LIVE YOUR LIFFFFFFFFFE GIRL 🤍🤍🤍🤍,' and another simply said, 'Confidence.'

But staying this fierce ain’t easy—even for Lizzo. She puts the work in pretty often when it comes to working out.

You all know she can dance (shoutout to the “About Damn Time” TikTok viral dance trend), but it looks like she’s branching out a little in her fitness routine, recently by playing tennis in this TikTok.

She’s also got a home gym, which makes bodyweight training easy any time. In this TikTok, she does a Superman, battle ropes, and weighted squats.

She adores jumping rope as a form of cardio, in addition to combining cardio and strength training.

She also trains her flexibility, specifically by learning to do the splits. As of November 2021, she was super close to nailing the 180 on her right side.

Lizzo doesn’t miss strength training days either, though.

Per a TikTok from June 2021, she stitched together a variety of her exercises, like the inchworm, planks, pull-ups, and leg press reps, captioning the post 'Here’s to working out for mental & emotional health. To my insides being happy. To gaining strength and joy!' Sooo true bestie. Keep crushing it!
