Lizzo, also known as the body confidence queen we always knew we needed, is back with another absolute gem of a video and this time she’s taking umbrage with body shamers.

The Grammy-award winning musician has never shied away from telling it like it is to trolls, but her latest TikTok video might just be her best clap back yet.

The 32-year-old captioned the video: “If you’re not a fat shamer... keep scrolling... ok now that all the fat shamers are here.”

She then goes onto unleash her self-love message on the world and we are feeling empowered.

The video starts by showing Lizzo working out on an exercise bike.

“Hey, so I’ve been working out consistently for the last five years. It may come as a surprise to some of y’all that I’m not working out to have your ideal body type — I’m working out to have my ideal body type,” she begins.

“And you know what type that is? None of your f**king business, because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job and I stay on my job.”

The Cuz I Love You singer calls out the people who are focussing too much on what other people look like - whether they’re drinking a kale smoothie or eating McDonald’s - urging them to shift the focus back of themselves.

“So the next time you want to come to somebody and judge them, whether they drink kale smoothies or eat McDonald’s or workout or not workout, how about you look at your own f**king self and worry about your own G** damn body, because health is not just determined on what you look like on the outside.”

Amen to that, Lizzo.

She finishes the video by saying: “‘Health is also what happens on the inside, and a lot of y’all need to do a f**king cleanse for your insides. Namaste, have a great day.”

She’s never been one to ignore the trolls and is a champion for all body shapes and sizes.

Just last week the singer, whose real name is Melissa Jefferson, called out trolls who were tagging her name in TikTok posts from “big girls”.

She said: “Every time there is a big girl on this app, I find that people always put my name in the comments. And to the people who always be putting my name in the comments, THANK YOU.

“Because you know what? If every time you see a big girl on this app, loving on herself and putting herself out there and being confident and loving her body, you think of me.

“Or you think she looks like me. B**ch, that is a what? Compliment.”
