Lily-Rose Depp wears an ethereal nightgown to take the red carpet
Lily-Rose Depp is channelling major coven-core in her latest Nosferatu premiere look. Being the latest - and perhaps last - celeb to jump on the method-dressing trend in 2024, the 25-year-old rocked up to the Los Angeles red carpet in a dress that resembled an ethereal nightgown. And honestly guys, we are *so* here for it.
The stunning silver gown perfectly matched the tone of the highly-anticipated remake of the 1922 silent German Expressionist vampire film. In the gothic tale set in 1830s Transylvania, Lily plays Ellen, a haunted young woman who is being pursued by the terrifying vampire infatuated with her.
But back to the red carpet, as there is so much to unpack with this look. Consisting of a fitted, sleeveless, floor-length satin dress - complete with a short train that followed behind - Lily added a sheer overlay with glistening embroidery. The piece also featured a scooped neckline fastened below the collarbone with silver string, and was finished with sequined edgings that added a touch of glamour.
To accompany the ghostly look, the actor wore a medieval-like hairstyle. She styled her honey-blonde bangs in two braids secured at the crown, while the rest of her locks cascaded elegantly down her back.
Makeup-wise, it was all about subtlety, with Lily emphasising her chiselled jaw with a touch of peach blush, smokey eyes and a nude lip.
And finally, the new queen of gothic supernatural horror accessorised with a pair of droplet diamond earrings and a single silver ring on her right index finger.
Nosferatu is set to be released on 1st January 2025.
