Lily James returns to her glamorous self in golden gown for 'Pam & Tommy' finale
A far cry from her Downton Abbey days, Lily James has served some killer looks for the Pam & Tommy promo tour, and the finale premiere was no exception. Stepping out onto the red carpet for the viewing of the final episode of the Hulu series, James looked ultra-glam in a sheer golden embellished dress with a harness-style halter-neck.
The floor-length Roberto Cavalli dress was taken straight from the autumn/winter 2022 catwalk at Milan Fashion Week in February earlier this year. The semi-sheer gown featured sequinned sections with a backless harness and collar, adding a hint of sexiness to the glamorous gilded look.
James was seen walking the red carpet with the Tommy Lee to her Pamela Anderson, Sebastian Stan, who swapped out his character’s signature grungy eyeliner for a suave peach velvet suit and pink silk shirt.
James plays 54-year-old ex-Baywatch star in the highly anticipated drama that follows Pamela and her ex-husband Tommy Lee at the peak of their fame. The series follows the early days of their relationship, when they married less than a week after they met in 1995.
A notorious sex tape they made during their honeymoon was then stolen from their home and circulated without permission.

At the afterparty, James, 32, channelled her inner Pamela with co-stars Stan and Seth Rogan, who is also an executive producer on the Hulu and Disney+ show. James opted for a figure-hugging patent leather black dress with an on-trend cut-out at the chest, and finished her look with slip-on mules.
Both James’ Roberto Cavalli gown and patent leather dress ooze body confidence from the actress – the perfect farewell to her Pamela character. Now as awards season approaches, both James and her stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray are ones to watch.
