Leah Williamson's asymmetric sweatshirt and maxi skirt 'fit is *so* chic

She may have been ruled out of Sarina Wiegman's England squad due to injury (she ruptured her ACL back in April and had knee surgery the following month), but Leah Williamson is making the most of not being at the 2023 Women's World Cup. As well as enjoying a holiday and starring in the new Nike x Martine Rose campaign, the Lioness captain just attended the Nike 'Goddess Awakened' show in Paris wearing a super chic 'fit.

She was naturally repping the brand in an asymmetric sweatshirt that had only one sleeve and high-low hem exposing her toned core. She paired the sand-coloured top with a maxi skirt in the same hue. The utility style features cargo-esque details and a thigh-high slit up the centre.

Leah finished her look with white socks and trainers, a white woven clutch bag, and beige rectangular sunglasses.

Leah has been proving her style prowess in a number of stand-out ensembles as of late, but this has got to be her best lewk yet as well as her most on-trend as she channels the popular Y2K aesthetic.

She posted snaps of her 'fit on Instagram and fans were quick to take to the comments section, writing:

Her post also caught the attention of some of her famous friends. Fellow Lioness Ella Toone wrote "Ye so cool 😍" while former professional football player Jill Scott added "Great pics 👏👏👏". Close friend and sports pundit Alex Scott also commented, "Okayyyyyy slayyyyyyyy", and Leah's Arsenal teammate Lia Wälti simply left a series of heart-for-eyes emojis.

The fashion show saw a collective of Nike athletes and partners take to the stage to tell a story of feminine expression and style through the medium of dance, as creative directed and choreographed by Parris Goebel (the woman behind Rihanna's Super Bowl half-time show).

The choreographer shared pictures on her own Instagram as well as sharing more information will be coming soon.

We don't know what we're more excited about, a potential new Nike collaboration or more stunning lewks from Leah Williamson.
