Le Creuset’s new soft pink colourway is perfect for spring
Renowned kitchen brand Le Creuset, known for its coveted cast iron cookware, has unveiled a new pink colourway just in time for spring.
The Shell Pink collection comprises 34 pieces to deck out your kitchen. There are some of the brand’s famous cast iron casseroles, along with bakeware, crockery, a stovetop kettle, plus smaller accessories such as serving plates, pepper mills and a teapot. There are also some good giftable items, including a large chunky mug that’s perfect for morning coffees and a sleek reusable water bottle.
This pretty pastel shade, inspired by delicate seashells, continues Le Creuset’s recent exploration of tonal palettes. Its release follows the launch of the brand’s new Azure range, with its rich, deep Mediterranean sea blue colouring (we have the salt and pepper mills in this shade and can confirm its lovely).
In contrast, Shell Pink features a more subtle gradient finish that runs from soft pink through to pearly white, creating a breezy, beachy feel for your tablescape. We’re already envisioning these beautiful pieces taking pride of place on our outdoor dining set during sunny summer barbecues.
And don’t be scared of introducing a hint of pink into your space. With just a subtle rosy sheen, any new addition from this collection should blend nicely with your existing pieces, adding a pop of fun that’s not overpowering.
