Nestled in the prestigious Los Angeles enclave of Fremont Place, and within the iconic Hancock Park neighborhood, a piece of boxing legend Muhammad Ali’s legacy is set to change hands at auction.

The sale for his former home, where he resided between 1979 to 1984, began this week.

With a listing price of $13.5 million, bids for this iconic property opened on April 26 and will close at 7 p.m. on May 15.

The sprawling estate, originally constructed in 1915 by the architect John C. Austin, boasts a storied past.

Spanning more than 10,500 square feet on a sprawling 1.5-acre lot, this residence has also become a favorite haunt of Hollywood elites, according to Concierge Auctions, which is handling the sale.

Veiled by privacy hedges, Hollywood heavyweights such as Sylvester Stallone and Clint Eastwood have stayed there, along with former Pres. Barack Obama.
