Kylie Minogue is unrecognisable with dramatic red hair colour and micro-fringe cut
Kylie Minogue has had the same hair colour since, well, forever; we're all very familiar with the Aussie star's trademark sandy blonde locks. As the old adage goes, if it ain't broke!
However, that all changed earlier today when we were presented with the 'Padam' singer's fresh new look, debuted via Instagram, and it's leaning into the aesthetics and vibes of her previously mentioned, sexy, disco-y club banger. Enter: fiery red locks and a curved micro-fringe.
Captioned "Call me Kylie-lie-lie 💚💋," the short video reel was dropped to promote Tension, Kylie's 16th (!) studio album, set to be released on September 22nd.

While Ms Minogue's new chest-length style keeps the silhouette of her everyday shape, the bold red hue and cropped baby bangs make for a pretty dramatic transformation. And ofc, we love it!
As with any major hair transformation, we have to acknowledge that this 'do may not be permanent. In other words, this potentially (read: most probably) is a wig *collective sigh*. I mean, let's not forget Kim Kardashian's 24 hour choppy bangs. Hello clip-in extensions!
