Kristen Bell never travels without her go-to exfoliating face brush.

In a new beauty tutorial for Vogue.com, the actress opened up about her daily skincare regime and favourite cosmetics.

After removing her make-up with Happy Dance's CBD Head-to-Toe Coconut Melt, Kristen went on to pop a drop of Instytutum Transforming Melting Cleanser onto her Clarisonic brush, and explained that the tool is her bathroom cabinet staple.

"I am absolutely addicted to the Clarisonic. I have my trusty old one from years ago and I've been scouring eBay to make sure I still have one seeing as though they don't make them anymore. I get a tiny bit of exfoliation everyday with my Clarisonic," she smiled. "I've actually travelled on a press tour to New York and forgotten my Clarisonic and panicked on the plane. And then the second I get off the plane, have to stop at a beauty store to pick up a Clarisonic. I mean, this was years ago, but I literally can't live without it."

Kristen went on to share that she fights breakouts and keeps her skin in good condition by using a combination of hydrating products, including the iS Clinical Active Serum, SkinCeuticals' Phyto Corrective Gel, the Dr. Barbara Sturm Eye Cream, as well as Happy Dance's CBD Look Alive Face Moisturizer.

Yet, she also tries to look after herself by drinking lots of water, getting enough sleep, and meditating.

"The other great thing that I find is calming to my skin is meditation, believe it or not. It's not something I do every day, but if I can find 10 minutes once or twice a week, my whole body - my digestion, my skin, my attitude - it's all calmer," the 41-year-old insisted.
