How to shop collectable King Charles coronation coins
With the coronation fast approaching on Saturday 6 May, the Royal Mint has just unveiled its King Charles III UK coin collection.
The commemorative range has been created to celebrate the occasion, and features the first crowned coinage portrait of the new King.
Spanning uncirculated memorial coins, curated sets and individual pieces, all are now available to shop and are your way to own a small part of history from the big day.
Prices start from £11 for the 50p Brilliant Uncirculated Coin, you can also find an Heir to Monarch Set for £25 – only 5,000 have been made so you'll be in good company.
There are other more expensive, collectable items too, the biggest piece of the new collection is a King Charles III 2023 1kg Coin, which will set you back a significant £77,565! Only 15 have been made so it's a very exclusive club if that's what you have your eye on.
