Kim Kardashian has had an honest conversation about her beauty regime, revealing that she's "done everything" and "tried every laser" in her pursuit of perfection – but is now opting for skincare over makeup.
Speaking about the launch and development of her beauty brand SKKN on Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop podcast, Kim said: "I have learned so much in my journey and I have had the best facialists, the best aesthetician, tried every laser."
She continued, "I've tried everything… and I wanted to bottle that up and take everything that I've learned and work with my favourite aesthetician... and develop products that are the next level."
The reality-TV-star-turned-business-mogul went on to explain that she's toned down her beauty regime since the pandemic, now focussing on skincare rather than makeup. "I don't wear as much makeup as I did now that I've got my skin [improved]," Kim admitted. "I think that started in quarantine and just like having no where to go and really developing something [a skincare routine] that made me feel really confident."
"I love makeup, I love the process," she added. "I love the process when I'm out but for my daily stuff I don't care. I don't care if I'm not in makeup, I don't care. Like I don't have to have my hair and makeup done to film my [TV] show."
"I do it every morning and evening," Kim said of her new nine step skincare routine. "When you do it and see how much your skin is glowing [you don't feel like wearing as much makeup]."
