Kim Kardashian is officially in her new fashion era after a whirlwind Milan Fashion Week that saw her co-curate a runway show. The new look is clearly inspired by high glamour and old Hollywood starlets such as Marilyn Monroe (just in time for the release of the controversial film Blonde, which explores the starlet's life), whose dress Kim wore to the Met Gala this year. Some staples of Kim's new aesthetic include slinky full-length evening dresses, sparkles and luxe Barbie updos.

The style icon is basically transitioning from her futuristic minimalism, Balenciaga-infused era to a maximalist, retrospective look. And tbh, it looks great on her - with her latest Instagram post being no exception. On Wednesday (28 September) the 41-year-old businesswoman and mother of four shared a carousel of images of a new fit that we just can't get enough of.

The look in question saw her decked out in head-to-toe animal print and when we say "head-to-toe" we mean it. Kim was wearing a leopard print bustier-style body suit over a mesh leopard print catsuit, leopard print opera gloves, leopard print thigh high boots, a tiny leopard print bag and a huuuuuge furry leopard print coat. There are even some black and white pictures of her playing with a tortoiseshell kitten in the mix.

We're more than a little obsessed with this outfit and so are Kim's fans. After captioning the look "CHEETAH GIRL 🐆" in reference to the iconic Disney channel movie featuring Raven-Symoné (though to us, it's more giving Shania Twain in the "Don't Impress Me Much" music video) her followers were showing her plenty love in the comments section. From "ITS CHEETAHLICIOUS 🐆" to endless fire emojis, it's clear Kim is onto a winner here.

Yep, we're calling it: pattern blocking is set to be the new colour-blocking for the colder months ahead. Only for the bold!
