When you think of Kim Kardashian, her dark brunette hair and perfectly sculpted brows are likely to be how you picture her. So naturally, it came as a bit of a shock to us all when she took to her Instagram Stories yesterday with her iconic brows slathered in bleach cream.
"It's really cute guys, my bleached brows, I'm into it," Kardashian said on her Stories, revealing her freshly bleached look to the camera.
As it turns out, the icy blonde look was part of a shoot, rather than a permanent move. Kardashian then shared a video of the final fully glam look, completed with a honey blonde wig and signature black smoky eye.
The transformation was headed up by hair stylist Jesus Guerrero and make up artist Ariel Tejada, both of whom are loyal beauty crew to the Kardashian and Jenner sisters.
Keeping us all on our toes, the reality TV star then did a full 180 and returned to her brunette brows almost instantly, captioning the image "I'm back to dark already don't worry."
This isn't the first time Kardashian has opted for a lightened brow. She wore the look with slicked-back hair at the Met Gala in 2016, and even managed to upstage the legendary brows of Cara Delevingne when she was photographed next to her with an extreme bleached brow at sister Kendall's 19th birthday.
The second eldest in the Kardashian clan has faced even more press attention than usual over the past few months, after sources reported that she was filing for a divorce from rapper husband Kanye West.
Safe to say, that hasn't stopped the business woman and mother of four from carrying on working. In the past week alone, Kardashian has launched a new KKW fragrance in collaboration with long-time friend and floral designer Jeff Leatham, as well as dropping a new SKIMS pyjama set.
