After hitting back at criticism of her decision to exercise while pregnant, Khloe Kardashian has taken to her app to get real about maternity workouts.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was on the receiving end of negativity online last week after sharing videos of herself exercising on Snapchat.
"For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden," Khloe began on Twitter with the face-palm emoji, "MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended. Thanks kiddos! Don't make me stop sharing s**t [sic]".
Today [January 4], she has shared more details of her pregnancy workouts on her app, KhloewithaK.com, detailing how "health and wellness resolutions are especially important" to her as she prepares to welcome her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
"I still exercise to maintain my sanity and also to feel good about myself, but my workouts are not as intense as they once were", Khloe, who revealed she was six months pregnant yesterday began.
"I'm also eating differently because, of course I have cravings, but I want to make sure I'm supplying my baby with the proper nutrients. So I'm focused on being healthy mind, body and soul for myself and the baby - but man, I can't wait to be a beast in the gym already, LOL.
"Still, for as active as I have been during my pregnancy, I feel great. So my new year's resolution will be to stay as healthy mentally and physically as I can!"
